Gout attack is easing off. I was able to walk for the first time last night. It was nice not to be on crutches.
I spoke with Dr Clements assistant and she said to expect another attack of gout after the surgery. But, that if I would drink water it might be avoided.
Got an appointment with Dr Clements on Monday at 1pm and am going to discuss the gout issue and how to avoid it. How do they treat an acute attack without NSAID's? I was told that I could never take NSAID's again. How is that going to work?
Not sure, but that will be the conversation that I will have with him Monday.
